Des chambres ont été réservées à un tarif spécial congrès dans quelques hôtels de différentes catégories situés autour des Folies Bergère. Il n’y aura pas de transfert en autocar organisé par le Congrès entre les hôtels et les Folies Bergère.

En attendant, vous pouvez télécharger le bulletin d’inscription en format PDF et le renvoyer au Secrétariat du Congrès avec votre paiement.

Un acompte correspondant à deux nuits minimum est nécessaire pour confirmer et garantir votre réservation. Celui-ci sera automatiquement déduit du montant global de votre facture lors de votre départ de l’hôtel.

Des frais de réservation de 20 € TTC par réservation vous seront demandés pour confirmer votre demande. N’omettez pas de calculer ce montant avec celui de vos acomptes.

Tous les prix indiqués dans le tableau des hôtels sont en Euros, par nuit et par chambre. Les réservations doivent être faites par l’intermédiaire du Secrétariat du Congrès afin de bénéficier de ces tarifs négociés spécialement pour le congrès.

Les demandes de réservation d'hôtel reçues après le 15 juin 2009 ne pourront être confirmées qu'en fonction des disponibilités.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the Congress Venue. But there will be no shuttle services provided by the congress between the congress hotels and the Folies Bergère.

In the meantime, you can download the registration form in PDF format and send it along with your payment to the congress office.

A 2 NIGHT deposit will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill when leaving.
A fixed charge of 20 Euros per reservation (indicated on the web) will be required for all hotel reservations.

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast.

Hotel reservation received after June 15, 2009 may not be guaranteed and will be made according to availability only.

CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION DES RESERVATIONS HOTELIERES

Toute annulation de réservation hôtelière doit être notifiée par écrit (lettre, e-mail ou fax) au Secrétariat du Congrès selon les conditions suivantes :

  • Jusqu’au 20 avril 2009 : les frais de réservation de 20€ seront retenus comme frais administratifs.
  • Entre le 21 avril et le 1er juin 2009 : l’acompte de 2 nuits sera retenu
  • Après le 1er juin 2009 : pas de remboursement

Les remboursements interviendront après la manifestation et aucune demande ne sera prise en considération après le 15 octobre 2009.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

All cancellations must be notified in writing by mail, fax or email to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:

  • Up to April 20, 2009: the 20 Euros reservation fee will be withheld for administrative fee,
  • Between April 21 and June 1, 2009: The 2-night deposit will be withheld,
  • After June 1, 2009: no refund

Refunds will be made after the congress. No request will be accepted after October 15, 2009
